I started this blog to share my love of classical music. With so many school music and arts programs getting cut, I hate to think that so many kids (and parents!) are missing out on great music.
One of the easiest (and free!) things you can do is to simply share my blog with others. You can use the social media buttons to share via Twitter, Facebook, etc.
Another easy thing you can do is subscribe to my list. You’ll get updated when I post new articles, and I’m brainstorming extras just for my subscribers. Is there anything you’d like to see from me as a benefit for joining my list? I’d love to hear from you!
So why do I have ads and affiliate links? While I’m doing this for the love of it, the reality is that it costs money to pay for web hosting, domain names and such. I’ve tried to keep it limited to the sidebar and non-flashy so that you’re not assaulted with annoying stuff.
If you’d like to help out beyond that, please consider shopping at or signing up with one of my affiliates. Or you are welcome to make a donation via Dwolla or PayPal.

Music Teacher’s Helper
This website has been very helpful to me for my private music studio. It helps me keep track of students and their lesson times, income, expenditures, and gives me a studio website. If you use my link, you can a recurring 10% discount! They have a free plan for studios with fewer than five students.
Ebates This site allows you to earn cash back on online purchases when you access the online store via the Ebates site. I’ve earned a total of a few hundred dollars over the past several years. Not all online stores participate, but it’s certainly worth looking there first.
